Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking an I&E Technician – Intermediate to support the operations of its new Cutter Plant.

The role provides hands‑on electrical, instrumentation, and control systems expertise to install, commission, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain critical systems for safe and efficient gas processing. The technician will work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams while adhering to ESH standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of instrumentation, PLC/DCS and SCADA systems, fire and gas detection, and electrical equipment (medium- and low-voltage).
• Experience with OT networks and safety‑critical systems is required.
• Mentorship to less experienced technicians may be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Comply with ONEOK ESH policies and governmental regulations.
• Install, commission, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain equipment across instrumentation, control valves, fire and gas systems, flow computers, gas analyzers, SIS, SCADA/RTU and wireless links.
• Provide operational and technical support to ensure plant performance and safety.
