Job summary

Rwdy, Inc. in Carlsbad, NM seeks an I&E Technician to install and maintain instrumentation and electrical systems in alignment with company standards.

The role supports field maintenance and LOTO isolation, reporting to a supervisor and possibly acting as Instrument and Electrical Lead when required. You will plan and perform commissioning, troubleshoot control systems, ensure safety practices, and participate in permits and maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical coursework preferred.
• Experience maintaining electrical systems, instrumentation, and controls in processing plants or offshore facilities.
• Familiarity with oil and gas regulations and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of Operations Training Roadmap and safety-critical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee activities in assigned areas with emphasis on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, monitor, and inspect instrumentation, electrical, and control systems.
• Support LOTO procedures and electrical isolation activities.
• Ensure timely completion of work through the Maintenance Program.
• Provide input on and review electrical and control specifications and work practices.
