Henry Investment Group is seeking an Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) Technician in Midland, TX to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation and electrical systems critical to industrial operations. You will work with engineers and technicians to ensure reliability of equipment and processes.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associate degree or technical certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience as I&E Technician or similar in industrial settings is typical.
• Proficiency troubleshooting electrical circuits, PLCs, SCADA, and instrumentation devices.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and diagrams is essential.
• Strong safety focus and effective communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration of instrumentation and electrical equipment to ensure operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.
• Execute repairs or replacements of malfunctioning components to restore equipment.
• Calibrate and configure instruments such as pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, and flow meters.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and update logs and databases.
