Job summary

Phillips 66 in Oklahoma City or Ponca City seeks a Technician, I&E Specialist to provide technical support, training, and advanced troubleshooting for electrical, instrumentation and automation systems. The role spans project development, commissioning, and emergency response readiness, with travel as needed.

You will work with Engineering and other Technical Specialists to ensure safe, compliant practices and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel based on business needs.
5+ years in Midstream Operations with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical, instrumentation, controls or automation equipment.
Knowledge of gas plants, pipelines, and terminal operating equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical training to support Midstream Skills Expansion Program.
Assess technical skill levels of field operations personnel with Learning & Development.
Supply technical training and assistance to field operations personnel.
Assist with Skill Qualification and Operator Qualification evaluations and re-verification.
