Job summary
A leading chemical manufacturer in Ashtabula, Ohio is seeking an experienced I&E Supervisor to manage maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems. Responsibilities include leading a team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving improvements in plant operations. The ideal candidate has an associates degree or journeyman license, at least 5 years of experience in instrumentation or electrical work, and strong leadership skills. This is a salaried exempt day shift position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Qualifications
Ensuring safety protocols and compliance with HR, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
Experience with maintaining, troubleshooting, and test calibrating plant instrumentation.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage I&E personnel while ensuring project deadlines.
Conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate I&E Maintenance activities with other departments effectively.
Skills
Instrumentation and/or Electrical knowledge
Team supervision
Hands-on I&E maintenance experience
Safety and environmental knowledge
Strong computer skills (SAP, MS Office)
Education
Associates degree or Journeyman license
