Enhance Recruiting is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Reliability Engineer for a large chemical manufacturing facility in Carson, California. This essential role focuses on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical and instrumentation systems, providing technical expertise, and leading troubleshooting initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis and supporting capital projects from design through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Instrumentation, Electrical, or I&E Reliability Engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical power distribution and reliability engineering methodologies.
• Experience with capital projects from design through startup.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis and implement corrective actions.
