Job summary

INEOS Belgium is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the Maintenance and Engineering Team in Carson, California. You will focus on maintaining safety and reliability of power distribution and instrumentation systems while supporting operations and capital projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of experience, preferably in petrochemical manufacturing. You'll play a crucial role in developing reliability strategies for the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an Instrumentation or I/E Engineering position.
• Petrochemical/Manufacturing Plant experience is preferred.
• Understanding of IEC 61511 and API RP 14C standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical electrical engineering support for all instrumentation and power systems.
• Ensure technical integrity of projects and compliance with job specifications.
• Lead and manage small I&E projects and documentation updates.
