The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, over 3 years of relevant experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in related industrial/manufacturing work or Military Equivalent Experience.
• High degree of personal initiative and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide E&I engineering assistance to maintenance and operations.
• Lead area root cause failure analysis teams.
• Participate in process hazards analyses for capital projects.
