Job summary

Stronghold is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle execution ofInstrumentation and Electrical (I&E) projects across petrochemical and refinery facilities. This role oversees multiple projects and field teams, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery with top-quality results.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in industrial construction focusing on I&E.
5+ years in project management or supervisory role.
Proven experience managing projects in oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, or heavy industrial environments.
Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation systems, and start up and commissioning processes.
Experience working in live facilities, turnarounds, or shutdown environments.
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution of multiple I&E projects in petrochemical/refining sectors.
Direct field teams to drive safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
Own project schedule, productivity, and cost performance from kickoff to closeout.
Interface with client systems (PLC & DCS) and ensure safety compliance.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking; manage change orders and RFIs.
Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA/NFPA guidelines.
