Job summary

EQT Corporation is seeking a capable technician to perform routine field assignments within the I&E department in a supervised setting. You will conduct calibrations and testing on measurement equipment and assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of I&E devices.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional conduct, and effective communication to support departmental expectations and objectives.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a related field or industry.
High School Diploma or GED; 2‑year Associate’s Degree in Electronics or related field preferred.
Basic computer skills and effective use of software programs.
Ability to contribute in a team environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think analytically and solve basic problems.

Responsibilities

Work under supervision and rely on instructions and departmental expectations to perform job duties.
Perform routine field assignments within the I&E department.
Conduct routine scheduled calibrations and testing on measurement and instrumentation equipment.
Rely on others for troubleshooting issues that may be identified.
Assist in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of communications related to I&E devices.
