Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide meaningful, one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will help clients live more independently and confidently, both at home and in the community.

The role involves assisting with daily routines, light meal prep, attending appointments, and encouraging participation in community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• 1 year or more of experience with I/DD preferred. (No experience? We’ll train you—with paid training available!)
