Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate in-home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Springfield, MO. Must have at least one year of verifiable experience supporting ID/DD clients and be able to travel to clients' homes.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, short commute times, a supportive work environment and opportunities for scholarship programs and PTO. BAYADA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate mental/behavioral health support to individuals with ID/DD in their homes.
• Work independently in a client’s home/community setting.
• Assist with transportation to community activities as needed.
