Qualifications

• 1 year of collision repair experience required.
• I-CAR certification in body repair and welding preferred.
• OEM certification and knowledge of manufacturer repair processes valued.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret repair data and measurements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles legally.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to top-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders per standards.
• Communicate effectively with team regarding repair progress and requirements.
• Complete welding, frame/unibody, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work.
• Operate frame machines and shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Conduct QC inspections upon completion of work.
• Mix chemicals and materials per manufacturer specifications.
• Adapt to a blueprint-style production model—may not disassemble vehicles personally.
