Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Bridgman, MI is seeking an I&C/Testing Supervisor for a short-term on-site contract from early September to mid-October to support a refueling outage. You will direct technicians, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project management while reviewing work packages.

The role requires 5+ years in supervision of maintenance personnel and I&C experience, plus ability to pass background and drug tests. Must reside within 50 miles of Bridgman.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in supervision or oversight of maintenance personnel or activities.
• Pervious I&C experience.
• Previous experience at client's site.
• Residence is within 50 miles of job location.
• Pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen, and employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Directing technicians and all work activities.
• Ensure safety and quality per work packages, drawings, specifications, procedures and standards.
• Review and walk down work packages before starting work; ensure completion and closing.
• Ensure personnel are trained and qualified for assigned work.
• Act as primary contact between management and other work groups.
• Perform pre-job briefs before work start.
• Manage P6 scheduled work with daily updates.
