Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an Engineer II (I&C) to sustain health of BMS and EPMS in mission-critical data centers. You will lead small-scale projects within a building and support campus-wide delivery under senior guidance, growing your technical and soft skills.

The role spans mechanical controls (HVAC automation, environmental conditions for high-density compute) and electrical monitoring (power quality, metering, and integration).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Instrumentation & Controls or Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with HVAC sequences and power monitoring hardware
• Familiarity with Modbus (RTU/TCP), MQTT, and DNP3; Ignition for SCADA

Responsibilities

• Lead small-scale projects within a building and support campus-scale delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements in BMS/EPMS systems
• Support commissioning and testing of mechanical and electrical systems
• Collaborate with trade partners and equipment manufacturers to resolve gaps
• Develop Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and cross-functional documentation
