Job summary

You will join Young Automotive Group in Utah as a Master Technician, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles in a fast-paced, modern shop environment.

You’ll receive Hyundai/Kia and other OEM training, access to the Center of Excellence, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible technicians, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities in a family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• Master Level Technicians certified Hyundai, Kia, or foreign manufacturers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Work with advanced automotive systems, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
• Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards.
• Collaborate with a team to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred but not required)
• Hyundai, Kia, or foreign manufacturer certified Master Level Technicians
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
