Job summary

Steven Hyundai is seeking an automotive technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles using modern diagnostic tools and manufacturer resources. You will perform routine maintenance and multi-point inspections, communicate findings to service advisors, and document repairs accurately.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Own a complete set of professional technician tools.
• Hyundai certification, ASE certifications, or other manufacturer certifications preferred but not required.
• Virginia State Inspection License preferred.
• Previous automotive technician experience required.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 Hourly
All technicians are eligible for a production bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their flat-rate pay based on productivity!!

Compensation

$60,000 – $100,000+ annually based on experience and performance

Steven Hyundai offers competitive flat-rate compensation designed to reward experienced and productive technicians.

Sign-on bonuses are available for qualified experienced technicians with a Virginia State Inspection License
