Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for engaging with clients.
• Experienced in all aspects of personal training and functional training.
• HYROX Coach Certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and leading athletes through daily workouts.
• Logging athletes into class before/after sessions.
• Addressing all training-related concerns using Fit Factory's philosophy.
