FX Well, Inc. in Hunt Valley, Maryland, is seeking an energetic HYROX Coach & Personal Trainer to lead the launch of the FX HYROX Training Club. This unique fitness and wellness environment is dedicated to performance training and community building.

As a key member of TEAM FX, you will conduct group and personal training while inspiring others to achieve their fitness goals. This role requires commitment, qualifications in personal training, and a passion for helping members improve in a supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Passionate about performance training and helping athletes of all abilities improve.
• Ability to deliver outstanding personal training sessions and individualized coaching.
• Competitively engaging coaching style with strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy HYROX group training classes using functional fitness principles.
• Deliver exceptional one-on-one personal training experiences, including goal setting.
• Build strong relationships with members to foster accountability and community.
