Job summary

Innoveering, a GE Aerospace subsidiary in Bohemia, NY, seeks a Test Services and Manufacturing Manager to lead a world-class team delivering propulsion prototype testing, fabrication and assembly. You will steer data-driven decisions, ensure safety and quality, and advance high-speed propulsion capabilities for DoD and commercial programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 9+ years of progressive experience in engineering development, technology, or functional management.
• 7+ years in development, manufacture, assembly, and test of prototype ground/flight systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead test engineering, prototype manufacturing and technical support teams; drive process improvement and talent development.
• Resource load programs and enhance capabilities across engineering, programs, facilities and operations.
• Shape engineering strategy, develop budgets and investments for test and manufacturing capability.
• Provide project management, systems engineering and technical oversight for prototype propulsion systems.
