Job summary

KODA Technologies in Crane, Indiana, is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to lead integration and testing for hypersonic test vehicles and subsystems. You will manage hardware/software integration, ensure test standards, and document verification results onsite daily.

This role requires collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and external stakeholders, with a focus on mitigating risks and delivering repeatable test readiness for fast-paced MACH-TB program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years in missile/rocket systems, flight or ground testing, or embedded aerospace engineering.
• Experience with requirements management, verification, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate experiment/payload integration and test activities.
• Develop test procedures, fixtures, and data collection for validation.
• Schedule tests and allocate resources with other test engineers.
• Execute subsystem and vehicle-level testing including qualification and flight testing.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, verification artifacts, and test results.
• Create user guides, training materials, and equipment demonstrations.
