Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
• Industry experience owning a project through full lifecycle in aerospace engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, mechanics of materials, and mechanical design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and maintenance of test assets including facilities and rigs.
• Design test fixtures and supporting hardware for test setups.
• Develop test plans and procedures for vehicle subsystems.
• Operate and troubleshoot various fluid and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on testing.
• Maintain detailed records of test procedures and findings.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend testing methods.
