Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience with modeling & simulation tools using numerical methods.
• Experience with C, C++, or other high performance scientific languages.
• Software design/architecting including API design and memory/CPU efficiency.
• Eligibility for U.S. government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret).

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance modeling and simulation software for ballistic missiles, hypersonic vehicles, and reentry systems.
• Optimize software to leverage modern hardware and programming language features.
• Own and maintain software that models complex flight systems.
• Produce analyses and presentations communicating findings to team members, partners, and sponsors.
