Responsibilities

• Performs thermal and structural analysis of components using finite element methods or hand calculations.
• Supervises a small team of analysts, mentors members, and manages budgets and schedules.
• Reviews customer specs to plan analysis activities and develop acceptance criteria.
• Supports customer meetings and design reviews by presenting plans, status and results.
• Documents results and creates templates/tools to improve efficiency.
