Job summary

Stratolaunch is seeking a Level I, II, or Sr-level Avionics or Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer to support the design, build, integration and testing of experimental payloads on the Talon-A hypersonic vehicles. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, program management, and customers to ensure robust data systems and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in instrumentation or telemetry in a test environment.
• Proficiency with data acquisition systems and dataloggers.
• Ability to elicit system requirements from customers.
• Ability to maintain a DOW security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate payload requirements for integration on a hypersonic test bed.
• Define and implement data collection and recording across subsystems.
• Develop instrumentation and telemetry system requirements and tests.
• Analyze flight data and generate customer reports.
• Support technical reviews and ensure contract deliverables are met.
