Stratolaunch is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Scheduler to develop integrated operational plans one to six months ahead for carrier aircraft, hypersonic programs, and other programs requiring operational execution. The scheduler aligns personnel, maintenance, operations, testing, parts, and engineering readiness.

At 30 days before execution, a coordinated planning package is handed to Maintenance Control.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in aircraft maintenance planning or scheduling.
• Ability to build multi-month, resource-loaded schedules with dependencies and milestones.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and airworthiness requirements.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals and engineering drawings.
• Experience matching work to personnel qualifications and availability.
• Understanding procurement lead times and material availability.
• Proficiency with Excel, scheduling software (MS Project), and related systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to lead cross-functional reviews.
• Experience managing changing priorities and clear handoffs.
• Knowledge of flight-line safety and tooling control.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a rolling one-to-six-month schedule integrating maintenance, operations, testing, and milestones.
• Translate priorities into sequenced work with durations and dependencies.
• Coordinate personnel assignments, qualifications, and shifts.
• Forecast calendar, flight-hour, and cycle-driven maintenance against utilization.
• Coordinate parts procurement and track lead times and deliveries.
• Track engineering releases and assign owners/dates for inputs.
• Align tooling, facilities, and resources with teams.
• Lead planning reviews and resolve resource conflicts.
• Deliver a 30-day coordinated work package for execution.
• Document acceptance and support final planning inside the 30-day window.
• Maintain schedule versions and incorporate feedback for future plans.
