Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Design Technician to support our Advanced Manufacturing Data Centers team. You will develop and update structural drawings and models, coordinate building systems and existing conditions, and help produce clear construction documents for hyperscale data center projects.

You will use 2D drafting and BIM tools, including Revit, to support project coordination and quality reviews.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years drafting/design experience in structural field.
• At least 1 year of Revit experience.
• At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and update structural drawings and models for hyperscale data centers.
• Coordinate building systems and existing conditions; produce clear construction documents.
• Use 2D drafting and BIM tools (Revit) for project coordination and quality reviews.
• Potentially lead a small project/work package and share knowledge with teammates.
