Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Rigging Superintendent in Baton Rouge, LA, to support a large hyperscale data center project. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and execution of rigging activities, ensuring safety and efficiency while mentoring rigging crews. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in construction, preferably in mission-critical facilities, as well as a High School diploma and knowledge of OSHA regulations. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction site experience on complex industrial facilities.
• 10+ years as a rigging foreman or superintendent overseeing crane operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety requirements related to rigging.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily planning and coordination of rigging activities.
• Mentor and guide rigging crews and foremen.
• Ensure safety and environmental protection of the team.
