Qualifications

• At least 10 years of construction site experience on mission-critical facilities.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of rigging operations.
• Experience as a rigging foreman or superintendent overseeing crane operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily planning and execution of rigging activities.
• Mentor rigging crews and promote safety culture.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for effective operations.
