Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle for hyperscale data centers. You will ensure safety, budget, and schedule adherence while meeting client expectations, coordinating with vendors, and managing subcontractors onsite.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical design/PM or facilities management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Travel is limited to the project site(s) with a focus on delivery success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hyperscale data center construction.
• 5+ years in mechanical design/PM or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of scheduling and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of data center projects from inception to close.
• Maintain safe work environment with site planning and hazard analysis.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
• Conduct and document project meetings and manage vendor/subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate quality assurance and control; manage budget, schedule, and payments.
• Track subcontractor payments, liens, and permits; manage change orders.
• Ensure timely cost reviews and status reporting; liaise with customers and teams.
• Oversee project close-out documentation and warranty items.
