Qualifications

• 7+ years in a field leadership role for a General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Low Voltage Contractor, Systems Integrator, or related specialty contractor.
• 4+ years supervising low-voltage, controls, security, fire alarm, communications, structured cabling, or fiber-optic systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead low-voltage subcontractors through all phases of the project.
• Develop CPM schedules for low-voltage installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate activities, schedule, procurement, logistics with project team and vendors.
• Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, and system narratives for low-voltage systems.
• Supervise review/coordination of submittals, drawings, wiring diagrams, and test plans.
• Coordinate installation and integration of building automation, access control, video surveillance, and fiber-optic systems.
• Monitor materials, equipment, commissioning activities, and closeout deliverables.
• Coordinate pathways, cable management, and interface points with other trades.
• Support pre-functional to final commissioning and training materials.
• Prepare reports on progress, risks, and decisions for stakeholders.
• Mentor Low Voltage Project Engineers and field personnel.
• Promote safe, organized, quality-focused jobsite and compliance with codes.
