Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Production Coordinator to support data center construction, commissioning, and ongoing campus operations across the Memphis, TN and Southaven, MS area. You will collaborate with logistics leadership, inventory, receiving, Site Operations, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery of components, kits, and assemblies for hyperscale AI training infrastructure.

This role is based on the Memphis/Southaven campus and requires hands-on involvement, strong prioritization,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Create inventory requests based on work orders, kits, and replacement parts.
• Maintain material and production schedules through planning and shortage management.
• Ensure parts and equipment are handled per SpaceXAI specifications.
• Interface with engineers, technicians, Site Operations, and construction on work orders and material requests.
• Reconcile work order bill of materials quantities.
