Job summary

Yates Construction seeks an Energy Marshal to lead energy safety at a hyperscale data center construction site in Georgia. You will oversee LOTO, energy isolation, and reenergization efforts while collaborating with project management, commissioning teams, clients, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have deep electrical systems knowledge, strong safety leadership, and the ability to coordinate with electrical contractors and engineers to ensure compliant and efficient energy operations

Qualifications

• Experience managing energy safety on large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of LOTO procedures, energy isolation, and reenergization.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage LOTO programs for the site.
• Oversee energy isolation, de-energization, and re-energization.
• Review and approve LOTO permits for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to LOTO procedures.
• Lead safety reporting to GC and client.
• Coordinate shutdowns and energizations across construction and commissioning.
