The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in commissioning or MEP management, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MEP systems. Qualifications

• 7+ years of commissioning or MEP management experience on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong working knowledge of UPS, generators, chillers, BMS, switchgear, and fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with commissioning platforms and issue-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full commissioning lifecycle from design-phase review to project turnover.
• Direct and document pre-functional and functional testing of systems.
• Coordinate with PMs and trade partners to ensure alignment.
