Qualifications

• 7+ years of commissioning or MEP management experience on data center projects.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Willing and able to travel nationally for extended assignments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full commissioning lifecycle from design-phase review to project turnover.
• Direct and document pre-functional and functional testing of systems.
• Coordinate with PMs and trade partners to ensure project alignment.

Skills

Commissioning or MEP management

Knowledge of UPS, generators, chillers, BMS

Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with commissioning platforms
