Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks an experienced Commissioning Manager (Owner's Representative) to lead commissioning on a hyperscale data centre programme in Nevada. You will interface between construction teams, contractors, CxAs, and the client, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and seamless handover.

You will drive commissioning planning, strategy reviews, and documentation, overseeing FPT/IST, and resolving technical issues while maintaining programme milestones across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience representing owner's interests across commissioning.
• Hyperscale/data centre commissioning experience required.
• Manage third-party Commissioning Agents (CxA).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
• Lead technical oversight across mechanical/electrical/controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent client interests throughout all commissioning phases.
• Act as primary commissioning contact for projects.
• Ensure activities align with programme milestones and quality expectations.
• Provide technical leadership through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and operations.
