Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a Commissioning Manager to represent the client and lead commissioning activities for mission‑critical infrastructure projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure alignment with objectives, quality, and timelines, and drive documentation and turnover.

The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical and mechanical experience in hyperscale or data center environments and a collaborative leadership style that fosters risk management and on‑time

Qualifications

• Experience as owner's representative or client-side commissioning lead.
• Background in hyperscale, enterprise, or mission-critical data center projects.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage third-party CXA.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's primary commissioning representative throughout all project phases.
• Lead commissioning efforts from planning through project completion and handover.
• Review strategies, procedures, test scripts, and documentation for commissioning.
• Monitor readiness and support FPT and IST activities.
• Collaborate with Construction, Design, Contractors, and Operations teams.
