Qualifications

• 7+ years in capacity planning, demand/supply management, or infrastructure planning.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent certification, in a relevant field.
• Experience with process ownership and systems development.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking, servers, and storage installations.
• Understanding of data center infrastructure systems and applications.
• Familiarity with data center power and cooling constraints and their impact.
• Clear, audience-tailored communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and deliver at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own accountability for the three capacity workflows (receiving, moves, decommissioning).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies and drive data center improvements.
• Analyze capacity demands and translate into local plans for rapid delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex capacity projects at scale.
• Build relationships to improve regional/global data center operations.
• Share best practices across global data centers for capacity elements.
• Drive alignment of capacity initiatives across partners and ensure consistency.
• Lead data analytics to identify inefficiencies and drive root-cause resolution.
• Create/advance global standards and automation roadmaps for server hardware.
• Work with hardware/software teams to resolve complex infra issues.
• Mentor team members and scale problem solving across the org.
• Apply SME knowledge in cooling, power, networking, and automation.
