The Boring Company is seeking an "Operations Manager" to oversee the Austin–San Antonio Hyperloop. This in-office role leads the comprehensive operational plan from pre-launch to steady-state operations, builds and runs the Operations Command Center, and coordinates with civil servants and contractors to ensure all work complies with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and refinement of the operational plan for the Austin–San Antonio Hyperloop.
• Design and manage the Operations Command Center (staffing, procedures, tech, real-time decisions).
• Drive activities for opening and launch of the Hyperloop system.
• Manage a team of operators, technicians and personnel.
• Implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Create training materials and documentation.
• Coordinate with public officials and contractors to ensure compliance.
• Identify system weaknesses and implement corrective actions.
