Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience across growth, partnerships, field marketing, community, business development, brand activations, or local market expansion.
• Experience building scalable local acquisition systems and referral programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Honey Homes' local acquisition engine across markets.

• Develop and implement a scalable event and community activation program.

• Build an operating system behind local growth with tooling, workflows, and reporting.
