Responsibilities

• Coordinates performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborates with provider leadership to implement department strategies.
• Leads the achievement of goals and implements action plans to improve performance.
• Manages department financial performance and budgets with leadership input.
• Works with Shared Service and Caresite leadership on operating and capital requests.
• Participates in interdisciplinary committees throughout the organization.
• Creates a culture for caregivers that supports efficient, safe, and compassionate care.
• Ensures caregiver competency and training documentation; conducts rounds and huddles.
• Resolves customer service concerns and liaises with medical leadership.
