The Hyperbaric Safety Director administers oxygen therapy, oversees chamber operation, and ensures safety across the hyperbaric program. You will coordinate with clinical teams to maintain compliant, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include safe therapy administration, daily record-keeping, equipment maintenance, and leading safety drills to protect patients and staff within a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High school diploma or GED; healthcare license/credential as applicable.
• BLS/ CPR certification required or maintained.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hyperbaric chamber operator duties and patient education.
• Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Enter daily treatment data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Operate and maintain hyperbaric chamber and support systems.
• Lead safety program activities and conduct quarterly drills.
