Ridgeview is seeking a qualified professional to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy as prescribed by hyperbaric leadership. The role ensures safe operation of the hyperbaric chamber and related systems for effective patient care.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, chamber monitoring, education reinforcement, and accurate documentation. Strong teamwork and adherence to safety standards are essential to support regulatory compliance and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
• Current MN license and National Registry EMT certification
• Current MN Paramedic Certification
• BLS certification
• Completion of NBDHMT or UHMS-recognized hyperbaric medicine course within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Assists in patient preparation for treatment
• Operates and maintains the hyperbaric chamber and related systems
• Monitors patients in the chamber
• Reinforces education related to hyperbaric therapy
• Documents and maintains medical records
• Coordinates safety-related standards per licensing/regulatory agencies
• Maintains facility safety standards
• Assists Clinical Supervisor with regulatory/compliance activities
• Backs up Clinical Support as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
