Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy, monitor patients, and maintain equipment across our wound care program. You will document treatments, support vein clinics as needed, and participate in safety drills.

A clinical license or certification aligned with state practice is required, with extra points for hyperbaric credentials. Ideal candidates bring two or more years in healthcare, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active healthcare certification/licensure as applicable.
• Two+ years healthcare experience preferred.
• Hyperbaric-related certifications highly valued.
• Introductory Hyperbaric Training completed prior to or after hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, educate and orient patients for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Administer therapy per provider, monitor chamber and patient responses.
• Enter daily treatment data and maintain patient records.
• Operate and maintain the hyperbaric chamber and support systems.
• Assist in vein clinic after Vein Clinic training.
• Participate in safety drills and program activities.
• Document as a scribe when required by role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

RN / LPN / LVN license or certification

CMA or RMA certification

CHS (Certified Hyperbaric Specialist)

CHT (Certified Hyperbaric Technologist)

CNA or LNA certification

EMT or Paramedic certification

Military: Corpsman or Medical Services Specialist

Introductory Hyperbaric Training Course (pre/post hire)
