Job summary

Healogics in Laurel, CA is seeking a Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and ensure safe operation of the chamber and support systems. Reporting to the Program Director, you will prepare patients, monitor sessions and maintain accurate treatment records.

This role requires a current healthcare certification or license (RN/LPN/EMT/CHT, etc.), BLS/CPR, and strong data entry and patient communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current healthcare certification or license in state of practice as applicable.
• Minimum two years’ healthcare experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification maintained during employment.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot hyperbaric chamber equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, educate and orient patients for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Administer therapy and monitor patient response during sessions.
• Document daily treatments and clinic visits accurately.
• Operate and maintain hyperbaric chamber and support systems.
• Assist in vein clinic after training completion.
• Participate in safety program activities.
• May act as scribe if CMA/LPN as applicable.
