Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee daily operation of hyperbaric chambers and related systems in Springfield, OR. You will ensure safe therapy delivery, maintain equipment, and supervise safety initiatives for patients and staff.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead the hyperbaric safety program, coordinate upgrades, and conduct drills to improve emergency responses, while ensuring compliance with NFPA 99 and CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CHT or CHS certification preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• HBO Safety course within past 5 years (pre/post hire).
• State licensure/certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hyperbaric chamber and therapy sessions.
• Maintain patient records and document treatments.
• Ensure safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Lead safety program and conduct quarterly drills.
• Coordinate with medical staff on safety upgrades.
