Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee the safe delivery of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and daily chamber maintenance. You will work with the Hyperbaric Provider, Program Director and medical staff to ensure patient safety and policy compliance.

You will lead the hyperbaric safety program, conduct drills, review incidents, and coordinate chamber upgrades with administration to maintain top safety standards across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Performs hyperbaric chamber operator duties, educating and orienting patients for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Administers the hyperbaric oxygen therapy as prescribed by the Hyperbaric Provider and monitors chamber equipment and patient responses.
• Makes data entries for daily hyperbaric treatments and wound care visits, maintaining complete patient records.
• Operates and maintains the hyperbaric chamber(s) and related support systems as required.
• Leads the hyperbaric safety program activities, including safety drills and incident review.
• Collaborates with Program Director and Healogics to coordinate upgrades and ensure compliance with safety standards.
