Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. seeks a Hyperbaric Safety Coordinator to oversee daily operation, safety oversight of hyperbaric chambers, and staff training.

You will ensure safe procedures, maintain compliance with safety standards, and lead a team of nursing and technical staff. Full-time, daytime hours, Monday–Friday in Wisconsin.

Candidates must complete NBDHMT-recognized training, hold appropriate licensure (EMT/LPN/RN), and be CHT-certified.

Qualifications

• Completion of an NBDHMT-recognized hyperbaric medicine course or equivalent military training.
• Must hold a license approved by NBDHMT (e.g., EMT, LPN, RN) and Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) certification.
• Completion of the hyperbaric safety director course within 18 months of hire is required.

Role:

Responsibilities:

Ensure safe hyperbaric procedures, provide training to nursing and technical staff on chamber operations and safety protocols, and maintain compliance with safety standards and codes.

Completion of an NBDHMT-recognized hyperbaric medicine course or equivalent military training, with at least two years of experience in monoplace hyperbaric chamber operation and maintenance.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Basic computer skills, effective communication, problem-solving, team building, knowledge of hyperbaric standards, and leadership experience. Must hold a license approved by NBDHMT (e.g., EMT, LPN, RN) and Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) certification. Completion of the hyperbaric safety director course within 18 months of hire is required.
