Qualifications

• Experience managing staff, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of hyperbaric chamber operations and safety standards.
• Must be willing to take call as the facility operates 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the facility's hyperbaric safety program.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Create and maintain safety policies and emergency response plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and investigate safety incidents.
• Lead safety drills and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
