Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee the safe operation of hyperbaric chambers and related support systems. You will administer HBO therapy, monitor patient responses, and ensure compliance with hospital, policy, and CMS guidelines.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to lead safety initiatives while coordinating with medical and facility teams.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required to be maintained.
• Preferred: CHRT/CHS certifications in hyperbaric medicine.
• Hyperbaric safety training within the last 5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the hyperbaric chamber and related systems.
• Administer HBO therapy as prescribed and monitor patient response.
• Educate and orient patients prior to treatment.
• Document daily treatments and patient records accurately.
• Lead the hyperbaric safety program and coordinate with leadership.
